university tuition of korea is very high now. almost university tuition is around 3.4million won in a semester. it means that university students in korea cost 27.2million won for whole university study. if someone who earn to pay university tuition with going university maybe he or she could do weekend part time job. suppose he or she could earn 50000won a day then it will be 400000~450000won a month. and 2.4million~2.7million won a semester. then he or she have to be in dept around 1million won in a semester. then totally 8million won. it suppose he or she couldnt buy something like eating, meterials, etc. if buy those things then he or she has more depts.
consider that in vacation he or she could earn 2~3times more than 400000won but they should do study also so after all i think around 2million won in semester is proper in korea now. it is just my opinion...

minimum wage of korea
in this year minimum wage of korea is 4320won. it is very low compare to another oecd countries. furthermore someone couldnt get even minimum wage almost 2million of people, and a lot of workers get minimum wage. for example the worker who get minimum wage works 8hours a day, 24days a month, then he could get 8*24*4320=829440won/month..consider if he want to buy his house (suppose that house price is 200000000won) then (cause 200000000/(829440*12)=20.1) he should work 20years even he couldnt spend money during 20years... it means the minimum wage of korea is very low...compare to korean price. now days in korea cone icecream is around 2000won and small cookie is 1000won( some years ago not too far it was half price...)
so minimum wage of korea have to increase much more proportional to price
of korea. at least almost people could buy icecream with no wonder i mean without burden

Physical punishment in korea
The ban on physical punishment is into practice recently. but i think physical punishment must not be abused but it is partly necessary to control the children effectively. if it isnt, of course good children do good job, but bad children do even more bad things. and some bad children could turn to good children by using physical punishment. so it must not be banned. even alternative things like penalty point system, bad children will be neglect about this system so it doesn`t works effectively.
but physical punishment has problem like abusing so it is very difficult to make guideline about physical punishment. so government have to study about it and have to find solution about it

advantage of cctv
nowdays cctv is used widely. road, buildings, parking lots even kindergarten has cctv. they use cctv due to their lots of advantages. first cctv could prevent lots of crimes like sexual assault, theif, etc.
someone who consider crime he or she will see the cctv then they will keep aloof ones.
second we can find the attaker if they do even the cctv exist. maybe not all the time but almost case it is much helpful. and in struggle, we can also reveal that who did fault first. and maybe it assist alot for study of crime as materials. and if use cctv in kindergarten, parents could know their children attend the class or not and they can see their lovely childrens anytime they want if they has computer which could use internet. and they can also observe their children got good teaching or not.
invasion of privacy problem is the only things that insist to stop using cctv despite a lots of advantages.
of course personal privacy is very important but i think safety is much more important. so we have to bear personal privacy problem to keep safety of our life

dominium dispute of dokdo
there was dominium dispute of dokdo between korea and japan very early. if korea has confidence, why do they tension about it? because they didnt prepare much study and materials about dokdo as they think 'dokdo is island of korea of course ' while japan prepare much about dokdo to steal from korea. so this ridiculous situation is occured. actually foreigners do not know about dokdo i think because they even dont know about the korea or maybe they know just korea exist near the japan. so we have to inform much about korea with dokdo to foreigner more than japan works.
we have to find more studies about dokdo . and insist strongly dokdo is island of korea, and broadcast to lots of countries that dokdo is island of korea, without these efforts we could lose dokdo to japan someday.

Policy of design Seoul
After 6.25 war, korea was developed awfully including economy, knowledgy and also appearance of almost citys. now seoul is the most developed city in korea. so design seoul project is necessary for upgrading appearance of korea. so the government push forward this project is suitable at this moment. some people want to stop this project but i think there are some reasons government should be keep going this projects.
The first is the progress of this project. its already done about 80%~90% so government was already using lots of money in there. so it is too good to stop now. the second is the fact that seoul is capital of korea. because capital represent that country. so it should be the most polished, cleaned and developed.
in this project, there are some problems like vendors and money. and this is why some people opposite to this project. about vendor problem, even they are illegal i think government should be prepare alternative things that they could live. that is why government exist. about money problem government have to find proper amount for project. not too much. and it is alternative way that decrease budget of the project even it could be slowed , increase budget of some other project. but the project must be keep going.

oil price increase consistently
nowadays i go to a driver´s license school. so im interested anything about cars. and also about oil price.
usualy i use a public transportation so i dont think much about oil price. only watching the news on tv about oil price with no definite idea
because of confliction of countries in the Middle East, exchange rate, negative prediction of future energy (maybe short of oil), and high inflation, the oil price is highly increased. oh my god. why must it increase highly in my life. i mean when i`ll use a car....
the solution of this problem.. maybe a measure of this problem is using public transprotation and government make decrease tax about oil, and using alternative energy. because i want to get a my car so first measure.. pass.. and second one has low posibility so the best way of this is buying a electric car o r hybrid car. and i`ll do that
